体育摄影比赛规则

一、主办单位：南北卡亚裔匹克网球协会 评审单位：体育摄影评委组

二、参赛资格

1. 面向社会开放（会员与非会员均可参加）

2. 作品须为 2026 年 4 月 11 日赛事现场拍摄

3. 每人限提交 3 幅原创作品

4. 允许基础后期处理，不得合成或 AI 生成

三、 作品提交

• 提交截止：2026 年 4 月 15 日 23:59

• 提交方式：官方网站上传

• 必填信息：姓名、联系方式、作品标题

作品提交即视为同意主办方用于赛事非商业宣传展示。

四、评选程序

（一）、评委组成 由 5 名评委组成评审委员会。评委由郑剑、王书功、陈东风、徐丽芳，黄秀芬组成

（二）、评选方式

1. 每位评委选出前 10 名作品

2. 对入选作品打分（1–100 分）

3. 汇总总分后排名 如出现同分：

• 优先比较最高分次数

• 再由评委会议决定

五、 奖项设置

• 设置金、银、铜及优胜奖若干名。

六、 公布与展示 2026 年 4 月 18 日官网公布结果。

设立“首届获奖作品永久展示专区”。

七、 解释权 本赛事最终解释权归南北卡华人匹克球网球协会所有。

八，Injury & Liability Waiver

• Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk. All participants must sign a liability waiver at registration.

• By registering, participants acknowledge the inherent risks of sports activities, including but not limited to injury, illness, or accidents.

• Each participant is responsible for assessing their own physical condition and suitability to compete.

• Medical insurance (if any) is the sole responsibility of the participant.

By submitting registration, participants agree to comply fully with all rules and obligations outlined above and accept their binding effect.

 Participants agree to release and hold harmless the tournament organizing committee, host organization, sponsors, venue providers, referees, and volunteers from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from participation, regardless of the nature, type, or timing of such claims, including those occurring during travel or competition, whether in the past, present, or future.

另外 Peak Sports 要求所有在 4 月 11 日现场签到时签署球馆的纸质免责声明. 如果不签署免责声明将不被允许进入他们的场地。
